Fair Trade Awareness. Fairtrade Standard (FT) is an international certification standard that encourages organisations to develop, maintain and apply socially acceptable practices in the workplace as well as ensuring sustainable production practices. Compliance with the standard proves that an organisation is socially accountable and treats its employees ethically, in compliance with internationally recognised practice. Demonstrating commitment to social accountability can support your corporate vision, and reinforce the loyalty of your employees, customers and stakeholders, which in turn impacts your bottom line.

ETI - The Ethical Trading Initiative is a groundbreaking alliance of companies, trade unions and voluntary organisations, working in partnership to improve the lives of people across the globe that make or grow consumer goods. Ethical trade means that retailers, brands and their suppliers take responsibility for improving the working conditions of the people who make the products they sell. Supplier companies around the world employ most of these workers; many of them based in poor countries where laws designed to protect workers' rights are inadequate or not enforced. Companies with a commitment to ethical trade adopt a code of labour practice that they expect all their suppliers to work towards. Such codes address issues like wages, hours of work, health and safety and the right to join free trade unions.
ISO 9001:2008 is quality management system prepared by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), which is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies. This standard is based on quality management principles, which have been proved to have immense benefits to those companies and organisations that have effectively implemented it.
Peer Educators (HIV / Aids Awareness). Many organisations have embraced the intervention by peer educators in facilitating behaviour change communication. Peer Educators who model healthy behaviour can easily influence others positively, and by serving as Peer Educators they are challenged to sustain healthy behaviours while raising their self-esteem, learning new skills and making useful contacts. They take positive pride in themselves and avoid situations of risk and vulnerability.
This not only motivates the staff but also creates a connection between employees that encourages sound team work and performance excellence.
Social Responsibility. Organisations are becoming increasingly aware of the environment in which they operate. As good corporate citizens, they not only want to operate within the framework of existing laws, but to contribute to the societal and community development issues, such as influencing the sustainable use of environmental resources, and promoting social equity and justice. This programme assists organisations to develop, integrate and implement a Social Responsibility system in their work place.
